We read every message and prioritize issues that block score tracking, cause incorrect totals, or affect accessibility. Product suggestions are grouped into our roadmap and reviewed regularly.
Frequently asked questions
My scores are not being saved — what should I do?
ScoreApp saves scores to your browser's local storage. Check that your browser allows local storage and that you are not in private/incognito mode. In incognito mode, local storage is cleared when you close the window.
Can I request a game mode?
Yes. Send an email with the game name, scoring rules and any special bonuses. We review requests regularly and add games based on popularity and implementation complexity.
ScoreApp is calculating an incorrect score — how do I report this?
Send an email with: the game (darts, triominos, qwirkle or generic), the steps to reproduce the issue, the expected score and the calculated score. Screenshots are welcome.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings in the app and use the 'Delete all data' button. This permanently removes all saved sessions and statistics from your device.
Does ScoreApp work on iPhone or Android?
Yes. ScoreApp works on all modern mobile browsers including Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android. You can also install it as an app via 'Add to home screen' in your browser menu.
